Chapel Down Description
100% Pinot Noir and matured on fine lees in tank for six months before a further 18 months ageing on lees in bottle before release. With aromas of wild strawberries, lemon and shortbread, this elegant rosé sparkling has a crisp, fresh palate and fine mousse.
