I also loved the 2020 Château Lespault-Martillac Blanc. This beauty has bright citrus and honeyed grapefruit-driven aromatics that carry to a medium-bodied, balanced, vibrant white with good acidity, plenty of concentration, and outstanding length. Drink this classic, impeccably made Graves white over the coming 10-15 years.

The 2020 Lespault-Martillac Blanc is just as compelling as it was from barrel. Hints of lemon confit, marzipan, tangerine oil and passionfruit all grace this exquisite white. A healthy dollop of Sémillon and a touch of French oak lend notable textural nuance throughout. This airy, gracious dry white is a winner.

A bright, floral-edged white, with a lively honeysuckle note that runs the length of the wine, as the core of lemon curd, white peach and gooseberry stretches out slowly. Reveals a nice fleur de sel note inlaid on the finish. Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Drink now through 2026.
