Philippe Fezas’ emblematic white from the unique limestone outcrops of the Ténarèze terroir. A blend of the native Gros Manseng grape (55%), with 35% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Ugni Blanc, all fermented and aged in concrete and stainless steel. This beautiful white is bright with zesty citrus and Charentais melon with fresh minerals. It’s terrific with seafood, oysters, mussels, langoustines, you name it (we tried them all). A great pairing for baked or grilled fish dishes and delicious with pasta and cream sauces too. Incredibly crowd-pleasing and its now my go-to white for almost every occasion.
