Domaine Chiroulet Description
“Terroir Gascon” embodies the introduction to the style of the reds of the estate, expressing it kindly in fruit and flexibility, without however divesting itself of a character bearing the imprint of its terroir.
Playing the complementarity of the grape varieties, with the merlot as a major source of its juicy fabric, it draws its freshness from the cabernet franc, while the tannat envelops it from its structure. A vinification measured by its vocation combines this blend in favor of a fruit willingly crunchy, emphasized with accuracy by a discreet aging and fine tannins.
