"The wine is a nice combo of that irresistible Mediterranean citrus that is present in top pink wines from Provence, with a little more tart red fruit. Accessible, dry, and a million miles from the banal rosé that has encroached on our wine marketplace in recent years. Larzac is a distinct place, dramatic, removed in elevation and terroir from much of the Languedoc.
