"The super young and just-bottled white 2025 Bico Amarelo is an entry-level blend originally created for the Brazilian market in 2016. It was produced with the main grapes from the region—Loureiro, Alvarinho and Avesso—in a serious and dry style without gas or sugar and with contained ripeness, 11% alcohol and a pH of 3.21. It comes from different places in the different subregions, mostly on granite soils with some clay, and it fermented in stainless steel with selected yeasts and was bottled unoaked and early. It showcases the house style of aromatic, citrus-driven, floral Loureiro with vibrant acidity at a very affordable price. Some 730,000 bottles produced.
