The 2024 Morgon Cuvee Marcel Lapierre, which comes from parcels in both Cote du Py and Roche du Py, has a very different fruit profile from the regular Morgon, displaying more presence as veins of blue fruit intertwine with the red. The palate is medium-bodied with strawberry and cranberry on the citrus-fresh entry, gentle grip and a chalky-textured finish. You can already see the potential here.
