Vall Llach Description
Embruix is ruby red in color with a violet hue and contains rich aromas of ripe forest fruit, plums and Mediterranean herbs intertwined with hints of sweet spice.
With well-integrated acidity and soft tannins, this wine will pair well with a myriad of dishes and will ‘blossom in the glass’ when served slightly chilled.
Blend: 36% Garnaxa, 26% Cariñena, 18% Merlot, 12% Syrah, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon

The red 2023 Embruix has a commercial profile with some creaminess and spiciness from the élevage in oak, along with ripe black fruit and aromatic Mediterranean herbs. It was produced with the grapes from younger vines. In 2023, the blend is 28% Merlot, 27% Garnacha, 21% Cariñena and 12% each Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine has high ripeness and 15% alcohol, reflecting a warm and very dry year of concentration and power but keeping a pH of 3.1.
