Yarden Description
The Mount Hermon Indigo is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah (also known as Shiraz) fruit harvested from our vineyards on the cool Golan Heights. The combination of these two classic red varieties gives the wine its pleasing indigo color. Fruity notes of raspberry and black cherry with a palate of cocoa and hints of flowers. This medium-bodied wine is flavorful and satisfying.
