A Chardonnay full of energy, leading with fruit, and that’s not shy on aromatics. Only stainless-steel tank is used for fermentation and aging, and they do not allow any malolactic fermentation, which as we know would eat up all that beautiful mountain acidity. Peaches, tropical fruit and orchard fruit abound in the nose, and the fresh, clean finish is the star on the palate.
