"The 2025 Chardonnay Q, from the Uco Valley and aged half in used oak and half in concrete, opens with soft pear and wild herbs, alongside a subtle oak note. Restrained rather than exuberant. Dry, with light creaminess, it is driven by acidity and a fine chalky edge that defines the palate. A focused, understated Chardonnay."
