The fruit is sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards dotted along the California coastline. Native fermentation and ageing in a mix of new and neutral barrels. This chardonnay is oaked, but not oaky, the fruit shines prominently. Fresh picked golden delicious apple, tangerine, Bartlett pear, with some creme caramel and vanilla bean. Creamy and textured on the tongue, really polished and pure with just enough acidity to keep things delicate and bright. Perfect as a porch sipper, pairs great with food too, chicken salad, fresh catch, and creamy pasta dishes.
