Ok... so here's the deal... historically, we have always had "stacks" of wine in the stores. 100 or so of our best bets under $20. Plus our feature wall with another 50 ish over $20. 

And many of those spots were filled with what remained from email offers. Sell 60 cases... have 3 or 4 left over... put them in the stacks and they will disappear as customers browse.

Of course, under the current setup, we don't have that happening.

So, I find myself sitting on cases of this and that... what stores in England would call "bin ends"... 

And I want to move them! My beautiful redheaded daughter's first college tuition bill is coming due shortly!
