In 18+ years of business, I think this is the first time I have felt compelled to send a message on this day. I think it is because I have so much to be grateful for this year. No sales pitch. Just a thank you. 

In these crazy and trying times, the gang and I are extremely grateful for your support. You have helped us survive and thrive in a time when many are struggling. We know this first hand, which makes us all the more thankful for your support. You could just limit your trips and pick up wine at the grocery store. But you don't. And we appreciate it so very much.

I am also thankful for your patience. We have had to dramatically overhaul how we do business and, to be frank, we have struggled at times. Not enough phone lines, not enough staff, not enough positivity... and while we have fought back and made a myriad of adjustments and improvements, we couldn't have done it without your patience. We are always striving to make your experience with us first-rate, and are grateful you give us the chance to improve when it isn't.

Lastly, I am thankful for what appears to be a light at the end of the tunnel. With promising news of vaccines, we can actually start to envision a time when our doors are open and our store is full with your shining faces. Oh, it will be a crazy adjustment time again, for sure. But we cannot wait to face that challenge!
