We've been longtime supporters of the wines from Marietta because, quite simply, they are some of the best values in the entire world! Well, new releases just arrived... and so did some ridiculous Wine Advocate press. Because we have been strong supporters for over a decade, we got to cut in line and snag everything available before the Johnny-come-latelys!
And because you have been a buyer of the Cab, you too get to jump to the front of the line. Still... I suspect this will sell out very quickly... hence the one-day sale... because that is all it will take!

This is a serious, take no prisoners, old school Cab! Boosted with a bit of other Bordeaux varieties like Malbec, Merlot, and Petite Verdot, the Arme is bold and dark. It rides the line between cerebral and approachable perfectly, both wonderfully drinkable and a masterfully thoughtful wine. You can pop and pour this on a Wednesday night, but it’s just as at home with a steak dinner on a date night.
There’s dark fruit- lots of blueberry and plum, with purple flowers and hints of baking spice that ties the experience together. It’s focused, with a precise linearity that leads to a beautiful and smooth finish, with a particular richness from the petite Verdot. This is a masterclass in California Cab, and absolutely stellar alongside grilled meat. This is my go-to recipe for cooking a perfect steak- with plenty of idle time to enjoy some delicious wine!
"The 2018 Armé Cabernet Sauvignon is 85% Cabernet Sauvignon blended with 7% Merlot, 4% Malbec and 4% Petit Verdot. Medium ruby-purple, it has pure, classic aromas of cassis, graphite, violets, loamy earth and tobacco. The intensely flavored palate is light on its feet with loads of juicy lift and a soft tannic frame, and it finishes long and floral. It's an incredibly elegant style, particularly at this price point!" WA
