Equal parts Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. All estate grown fruit, hand harvested, and double sorted for this cuvee. The warmer microclimate of Castelnuovo Berardenga yields wonderfully ripe fruit that’s blessed with natural acidity, and the soils in the heart of Chianti Classico give great structure and minerality. Classic Sangiovese notes of dried cherry are rounded out by the Merlot. Cabernet adds richness and body.
