"The NV L'Extra Brut, 100% Chardonnay from Villers-Marmery, offers tons of character as well as energy. There's plenty of Margaine tension but more than enough depth to balance things out. Dried lemon peel, white flowers, sage and white pepper build effortlessly. There's a touch of oak fermentation that helps build texture. All the elements are so well balanced. Dosage is 3.5 grams per liter. Disgorged: January, 2022."
