Compared to the Napa Valley Red wine, it's more restrained and backward yet has even more density and concentration. Notes of blueberries, scorched earth, violets, lead pencil, and iodine give way to a deep, full-bodied wine with flawless balance, building tannins, a stacked mid-palate, and a great, great finish.”
