“The 2022 El Microscopi is a blend of 80% Cariñena and 20% Merlot produced with very little sulfur and aged exclusively in stainless steel for one year and racked every three or four months. They want an approachable red with as little intervention as possible. It has an herbal, balsamic and Bordeaux nose, without heat, with moderate ripeness and 14% alcohol and abundant, fine-grained tannins.”
