"A brilliant straw hue, the NV Champagne DMY Brut comes from the 2019 and 2020 vintages in this release. It offers a savory and smoky profile upon opening, with spiced notes of orange marmalade, almond, raw honey, redcurrant, and apricot. Full-bodied, it takes on more volume without weight and lends more mineral persistence through the sides of the mouth and back of the palate, with a mouthwatering saltiness on the finish. It is a blend of roughly 50% Pinot Noir, with 35% Chardonnay and the remainder Meunier. As it opens, it continues to evolve in the glass, with its pure red fruit coming further into focus. 0.5 grams per liter dosage. Drink 2025-2040." - Audrey Frick
