Backhouse Description
Our Pinot Noir holds true to its varietal roots with prominent cherry fruit supplemented by loose leaf tobacco and integrated French oak. The palate follows suit with supple tannins, a full body, and flavors of rich red fruit.

Slightly stewed nose, plummy and vegetal. Kirsch and mulberry notes on the palate with slightly drying finish.
