“The 2023 Riesling Varidor comes from the same ancient genetics as Quant, sourced from older vines between 15 and 25 years old. The nose combines reduction, flint and a slight lift of hayflowers with the ripest, juiciest russet pear. The palate is smooth, beautifully serene, dry, expansive and full, with a bright freshness that shines through herb, pear and texture. Exquisite balance.”
