Decanter
A really fragranced nose, perfumed as well as having distinct cassis liqueur aromas - abundant and expressive. Ripe tannins fill the mouth, with lashings of liquorice and dark chocolate that fill the mid-palate. This is definitely still in a brooding stage with the more savoury elements to the fore, surrounded by fine, silky tannins that give support. I like this style a lot.
