Chateau Vilatte Description
Produced with grapes from the oldest vines on our best terroirs. Calcareous-clay soils and a beautiful clayey-gravelly soil vein surrounding the estate. The wine is produced from fully-matured grapes. Low temperature pre-fermentation maceration. Lengthy fermentation and ageing (bottling takes place 2 years after picking), fining with egg white without stabilising filtration.
Highly successful vintage in Bordeaux. Its fruity aromas and soft tannins gives roundness to the wine. Already pleasant wine but cane easily be aged 5 more years.
