Light golden colour, limpid and crystalline, often with greenish highlights.
On the palate it is aromatic, delicate but not over-light, full without being heavy, unctuous and firm, dry and caressing, well-rounded and quite deep, not overly structured yet persistent. This wine has lemony acidity, bright and crisp, with layers of Granny Smith apple and pear flavors following aromas of white flowers and a hint of citrus. Perfect with halibut, roast poultry or herbed cheese puff pastry appetizers.
