From the flatter vineyards in the valley comes this delightful gem. The wine is fermented in temperature controlled tanks to preserve the aromas. A portion of the wine sees 6 months aging in neutral oak barrels to provide some roundness.
The aromas explode from the glass – citrus, pears, green apple, flowers – before leading flavors of the same balanced in a round, ample mouthfeel. Bright acidity gives freshness and drives this wine to a complex finish.
