“Sourced from 30-year-old vines, this Pinot Gris is whole cluster pressed, with no malolactic fermentation and done completely in stainless steel with just light lees. It shows freshness, but the lees time brings depth and complexity to the wine. Daniel likes a hint of sweetness to balance the acidity. Fresh tropicals, juicy Meyer lemon pulp, and chamomile aromatics. The palate shows a concentration of ripe citrus and a hint of dried tarragon with a lifted finish.”

“A bright silver/straw color, the 2023 Pinot Gris Louise Vineyard comes from vines planted in 1993 and was raised in stainless steel. It’s fresh and floral, with delicate, fresh chives, as well as notes of melon rind, a hint of tropical flowers, citrus zest, and pear. Zesty and refreshing, with bright, ripe acidity, this crispy and elegant white has a great finish with a light, youthful spritz. Drink 2024-2028.”
