The name? Basically, when the vines were first being planted, they laid down straw to mark where the buds should go, and a murder of crows swooped in, pranced around, and flew away with all the straw while the founding Forni-Cartlidge Family watched. Dancing Crow Vineyards was henceforth born!
Sauvignon Blanc was the first wine they produced and remains their flagship grape to this day. Their goal for this wine is always maintaining the natural freshness and vibrancy from the hot day and cool nights. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on the lees, they’ve captured the sun-drenched mountain climate and highlighted the salty tinge of coastal breezes.

“This wine is lush, bright, with aromas of passionfruit, melon, peach, and orange blossom honey on the nose. The flavors on the palate are candied orange slices, grapefruit zest, marbled layers of nectarine, herbs, lime vanilla cream, with a zesty finish.
