The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Organic & Biodynamic Gaia from Gualtallary was aged ten months in oak. Garnet in hue, it offers aromas of black cherry, currant and layers of balsamic and wild herbs. Savory and fairly indulgent on the palate, it is fruit-forward with firm tannins, good flavor and structure.
