"A blend of 50% Grenache, 40% Cinsault and 10% Carignan and vinified as a white wine, according to Delphine and Julien Zernott, the 2022 Coteaux du Languedoc Ze Roze displays a fresh, delicate bouquet with aromas of crisp red berries, spring flowers, pomegranate, ripe peach and spices. Medium to full-bodied, supple and fleshy, it’s a lively, rather muscular wine with a succulent core of fruits and concluding with a resonant, perfumed finish (peach and spring flowers) typical of the terroirs from the Terrasses du Larzac."
