Decanter: 91 Points
A rounded, ripe and peachy Pouilly Fumé. Richness from malolactic fermentation is balanced by tangy lemony acidity to give lovely balance and weight. The wine ages for a year on its lees, mostly in stainless steel but also a small proportion in oak. The vines for the cuvée grow on Kimmeridgian marls and all grapes are harvested by hand.
