Familia Schroeder Description
This innovative Pinot Noir from Patagonia is the result of thoroughly hand harvested and selected grapes from the most privileged areas of our estate. Must is cold macerated in tanks and after the separation of solids, fermented in new oak barrels where it stays on the lees and ages for 8 months.
Lively light red. Layer after layer of subtle aromas. Silky and fresh. An outstanding example of Patagonian terroir.

The 2021 Pinot Noir Saurus Barrel Fermented from San Partricio del Chanar was barrel fermented and kept there after the alcoholic fermentation for 6 months. Ruby red in the glass. The nose offers notes of oak, caramel and hints of hazelnut initially followed by fruity aromas of sweet and sour cherry. Quite smooth and unctous in the mouth with juicy freshness and a full palate. This is a vibrant red with a fruity finish.
