As its name implies, a classic blended Champagne: 40% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir. Dosage: 6 g/l. A gorgeous nose dried apricots with a hint of citrus leads into a smooth mouthful of fresh aprioct, peach, and citrus fruits.
