The 2022 Aglianico del Vulture Gricos lifts from the glass with a vibrant blend of citrus-tinged blackberries and spice, complimented by a whiff of crushed ashen stone. This is soft and round with ripe red and black fruits guided by brick acidity. An invigorating tinge of tangerine forms toward the close. The 2022 finishes long and staining, with a pleasant bitterness that keeps the mouth watering for more.
