This is our house champagne for a reason - very much like Bollinger, which makes sense given the similar blend and dosage – rich and juicy, with hints of ginger, clove and anise to balance out the bright citrus and pear fruit. It's a great balance of up-front fruit with a clean yeasty finish that makes for a wonderfully crowd pleasing bubbly!
