“From a southwest-facing block on the upper slopes, just below the top, this is a hedonistic wine but with ample elegance. Aromas of violets, forest floor, juicy strawberries. The palate is layered, with woodland berries, mushrooms and moss, all driven by a forest-borne complexity and finishing with more ripe strawberries. There's a refined structure here; this wine will live for a long time.”
