The 2022 Soave seduces with a rich blend of lime custard and spring flowers, complicated by hints of wet stone. This washes across the palate with soft and round textures lifted by mineral-tinged acidity. Hints of candied citrus contrast green apple tartness. It tapers off long, fresh and full of zesty tension, leaving a salty flourish that lingers on. This is a perfect introduction to the La Cappuccina style.
