“Laurel Glen Vineyard Lot 50 Cabernet Sauvignon is selected from just 6 barrels that met our stringent criteria for structure and complexity. Each vintage is unique, and thus, only 2018 will be called Lot 50, commemorating the 50th year since Cabernet Sauvignon was first planted at Laurel Glen Vineyard. More jammy, charry, complex aroma that keeps opening up with each glass swirl. Cherry liqueur, berries fresh and preserved and carmelized, flint, struck-match. WOW, in the mouth! Excellent acidity, spiced, leather, roasted walnuts, and coffee. Bold and bittersweet tannin, very impressive! Drink now–2048”
