"The 2020 Rosso di Montalcino Le Ragnaie, a new single-vineyard wine from vines planted in 1995 near the estate, lifts up with a spicy blend of woodland berries, cloves and dried blood orange. It's sleek and energetic in feel, with pure red fruits and inner florals that flow across a core of saline-tinged acidity. This leaves an orange tinge and a gentle tension, cleansing the palate while puckering the cheeks and begging the taster back to the glass." - VM

"Pouring a bright translucent red hue, the 2020 Rosso Di Montalcino Le Ragnaie (Black Label) is candied with aromas of cocktail cherries, tarragon, and wild red flowers. Medium-bodied, it’s spritely and zesty, with a savory touch of orange zest and saline and dusty earth to bring things to a close.
