“This 2021 Classic Priorat is a blend of 60% Garnatxa, 30% Carinena and 10% other red varieties. Aged in 30% new oak, this garnet-red wine offers aromas of sour cherry and pomegranate, complemented by notes of mint, rosemary, cigar and undergrowth. Dry, juicy and taut on the palate, its finely textured mouthfeel leads to a compact finish. This is a serious Priorat!”
