Les Hauts de Milly is a second label the winery created for our importer, and presents an incredible value for lovers of White Burgundy. We've loved their Chablis, but their Rully is at a whole other level! From the premier cru "Les Cloux", the southern exposures and limestone-clay soils make some of the finest wines in the region.
A small appellation in the north of Côte Chalonnaise, Rully is surprisingly obscure given the quality of its wines. Some of the most impressive Chardonnay in all of Burgundy comes from these hills- round and floral with incredibly deep fruit. There are big, sweeping white flower tones and beautiful wild honey all on top of exceptionally pure fruit. Clean and mineral on the finish, it's a truly masterful expression of Chardonnay!
