Bright with minerals and fresh cut white flowers from the offset. As it opens up more notes of tamarind, lemon curd and honeysuckle begin to show, mixing with ginger, green tea, and cardamom. Really exotic and gorgeously aromatic. Fermented and aged for 14 months in 88% neutral and just 12% new French oak, the palate remains both richly textured and crisp. More tropical flavours follow, creamy stone fruits galore, orange zest, and a fine balance of acidity. Fantastic now, but has the pedigree to go several more years in the cellar.
