50 % Chardonnay, 30 % rosé de saignée from Meunier, 20 % Pinot-Noir vinifed in red. Chardonnay from Villenauxe la Grande, Meunier from Montigny sous Châtillon & Cuchery, Pinot-Noir from Verpillières sur Ource. Zero use of herbicide and insecticide.
The fabulously tempting colour is an absolute delight for the eyes. The nose is full of the fresh, exciting aromas of pink grapefruit, strawberries, violet and marsh-mallow. As it opens out the wine exudes a veritable cascade of red fruit aromas.
