A bright yellow hue, the 2020 Riesling Hyland Vineyard is now just being released, as the winery was holding on to it to see if there was any evidence of smoke. Offering notes of pineapple, ginger, and wild citrus, the wine is fully dry in style, with wonderful concentration and real structure, but nothing overly pithy. It’s long on the palate and has a clean finish that’s pure and crystalline. Drink 2024-2045.
