True to its name, this is an unapologetically textural and mineral wine, with a pointed zestiness softened by the creamy, lively mousse. Pink grapefruit, blood orange, toasted almonds and red apple peel mingle in the mouth, supported by a muscular acidity. Pickled walnuts, wet stone, moss, orange sherbet and pith play in the background. Broad-shouldered yet very elegant.
