Delicate and floral, sweet and tart on the nose, with aromas of sour cherry, raspberry candy, violets, mocha and white pepper. Macerated berries and abundant milk chocolate headline the palate, before an earthy, herbaceous, peppery finish lifted by a current of acid. Another deeply pleasurable wine from Torre Zambra that doesn't sacrifice depth or sophistication.

Lots of dark fruits and purple flowers followed by bitter chocolate, coffee beans and a touch of wet leaves. Full-bodied with chewy and juicy tannins, and balanced acidity. A rich, young red showing some good tension. From organically grown grapes. Vegan. Sustainable. Keep this for two or three years to let it come around. Try in 2025.
