"The 2023 Pinot Noir Le Pré du Col Vineyard has a jeweled medium-red hue and a more savory character. It opens with notes of red cherries, cinnamon spice, porcini mushrooms, cherry pit, and dark stones, with ripe tannins and a mossy earth undertone. Despite its savory depth and umami undertones, it remains pure and lifted, with refreshing acidity, a supple, silky texture, and ripe tannins. Medium-bodied and never turning astringent, it finishes long and floral. Drink 2025-2045."
