This beauty is both immediately accessible and serious. The tannins aren’t washed away… they are there in abundance. Hand in hand with vibrant acidity, they combine to give this Cab a length and finish not seen at this price. Heck, we hardly see it at twice the price!
It has all the Cabernet fruit you are looking for – blackberry, black cherry and plum – but also the “other” notes that make Cabernet the KING of the wine world. I’m talking mint, dark olive, anise, dried herbs… ahh… Cabernet at its best!
