McPrice Myers Description
Zinfandel is my favorite wine to just drink and enjoy. Zin is the best bang for your buck here in Paso Robles, which is why I call ours Pound for Pound. Stack it up against other wines at the same price point and the Zinfandel wins just about every time. Hibiscus flower, dragonfruit, mulberry, blood orange, cinnamon stick, sandalwood. Incredible freshness, palate leads with juicy, fresh fruits. Finish is lively. Energetic. Expressive. Enjoy with savory, warm-spiced dry rubbed braised pork belly.

"The 2021 Zinfandel Pound for Pound has a deep ruby color and aromas of wild berry fruit and accents of rooibos tea, wildflowers, apricot, tar and underbrush. Medium-bodied, it floods the mouth with spicy fruit and floral streaks. It is grainy and very refreshing, with a long, detailed finish. Lovely! All that juicy fruit is ideal for barbecue and spicy dishes."
