A rare white produced from 50 year old Pinot Blanc vines co-planted among Pinot Noir in 1er cru vineyards; Les Damodes, Aux Argillas, and Les Chaignots.
Robert Chevillon Description
To the eye, a golden colour. With honey, brioche and white flower aromas. In the mouth it is lively, firm and ample. Can be kept for 4 to 8 years.
Serve with grilled fish, shellfish (oysters), parsleyed ham. Goat's cheese. Temperature: 10 to 12°.
